MIA Hotel ranked as most popular in Miami by Expedia

The Miami International Airport Hotel – located at the center of the gateway hub airport - ranked as Miami’s most in-demand hotel, according to a recent study conducted by Expedia. USA Today asked Expedia to review its data to determine the 20 most booked hotels in Miami and other key U.S. destinations.

In addition to benefitting from MIA serving 96 percent of all visitors to Miami and 65 percent of all visitors to Florida, the 252-room MIA Hotel underwent a major renovation in 2014 that has earned it multiple design awards. In 2015, the hotel was recognized by Floor Focus Magazine with a Vision Design Award and by the South Florida Chapter of the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality with a SOFHIE (South Florida Hospitality Industry Excellence) Award in retail design.

We are proud to serve as the world’s gateway to Miami-Dade County, and to offer an on-site amenity like the MIA Hotel, which provides visitors and in-transit passengers hotel accommodations without having to leave the airport. This ranking by Expedia confirms that the MIA Hotel is meeting strong customer demand.
