MIA partner Newslink wins top airport retail award

NewsLink®, a Miami-based airport travel/convenience, specialty retail, and food & beverage concessionaire with 36 locations at Miami International Airport, has been named “Best Overall Retailer” in the Small Operators Division by Airport Experience® News, an information resource focused on spotlighting the trends, issues, and advancements that affect every point of a traveler’s journey through an airport. NewsLink® won the award in 2023 as well.

Congratulations to our business partners at NewsLink for earning rave reviews from the travel experts at Airport Experience News for providing our customers the finest, most diverse airport shopping in the country. I’m proud to see a local business such as NewsLink gain national recognition, while our airport continues to grow as one of the most visited in the country.

Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava.

The annual Airport Experience® Conference hosts key decision-makers and executives currently operating in or looking to expand into the aviation industry.  Retailers were judged on customer service, presentation, management, and operational execution.

It’s an honor for us to be recognized with this prestigious award.  Our team remains committed to providing first-class service to the traveling public and our airport partners while striving to make a positive impact in all we do. Customer satisfaction is foremost in the minds of our over 400 employees.
